(Note that this list is based on UK release dates).

Bad Neighbours 2 – May 6th

Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne return for Bad Neighbours 2 which sees young couple Matt (Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Byrne) take on yet another group of college students who move in next door, however, this time it’s a fraternity.

Bad Neighbours was undoubtedly one of the biggest surprise hits of 2014, receiving predominantly positive reviews from both critics and audiences alike which lead to the film bringing in over $150 million domestically (US) on a mere $18 million budget. Boasting A-list cast members and an on-form director, Nicholas Stoller, whose credits include titles such as Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008), Get Him to the Greek (2010) and The Five-Year Engagement (2012), the film was more than capable of attracting in young audience members, and, having also been so successful at the box office, it was only a matter of time before a sequel was announced.

The new installment sees the introduction of talented actress Chloë Grace Moretz (The 5th Wave, Kick-Ass) playing the main antagonist, Shelby, who belongs to the fraternity that moves in next door to the young couple. Teddy Sanders (Efron) and a few of their friends are called in, and the group joins forces to put a stop to the chaos.
