The Weinstein Company have just released the first trailer for Quentin Tarantino‘s upcoming film, The Hateful Eight, online.
Quentin Tarantino returns once again to grace our screens with another action packed western, after the Academy Award-winning writing/screenplay work on his 2012 film Django Unchained. The new trailer gives us our best look at the movie yet, with a clear indication of the story which centres around two bounty hunters, something Tarantino clearly wanted to delve further into after using Christoph Waltz‘s bounty hunting character in Django, who become involved in a plot filled with deception and betrayal.
Check out the new trailer below:
While racing toward the town of Red Rock in post-Civil War Wyoming, bounty hunter John “The Hangman” Ruth (Kurt Russell) and his fugitive prisoner (Jennifer Jason Leigh) encounter another bounty hunter (Samuel L. Jackson) and a man (Walton Goggins) who claims to be a sheriff. Hoping to find shelter from a blizzard, the group travels to a stagecoach stopover located on a mountain pass. There, they encounter four strangers, and soon learn that they may not make it to their destination after all.
From what’s shown in the trailer we must say it seems as though The Hateful Eight will be another Tarantino triumph!
