Ryan Reynolds Teases ‘Deadpool’ Costume

Ryan Reynolds has taken to Twitter to give us a very early peek at the mask he will be wearing for the highly anticipated Deadpool movie, now one year away.

Reynolds has already played the character,  appearing in X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2008) but as the film was so poorly received, and given the way the recent X-Men: Days of Future Past ended, we can safely say that this will be a brand new incarnation of the loud-mouth mercenary. We also think that deadpool will tie in with the current X-Men Cinematic Universe which would be a no-brainer for 20th Century Fox considering the amount of popularity the character has received over recent years. This movie could be a game-changer for Ryan Reynolds who, despite being a talented actor, has unfortunately been involved with films that often fall short. He has wanted to do this movie for a long time, which he made clear in a recent interview with Collider, and we can totally see that he is the perfect fit for the role as the quick-witted antihero.

Deadpool is currently scheduled for a release on February 12, 2016. Can’t wait!
